From the East - Option 1 I-80 West to I-280/74 West (Moline/Rock Island) to I-74 West (Moline). Take exit 5A and cross the I-74 bridge over the Mississippi River into Iowa. Take the State Street exit (Exit 4) and turn right. Go three blocks. Turn right on George Thuenen Bridge (17th St). Follow the signs to the Isle of Capri. From the East - Option 2 I-80 West to I-74 East (Exit 298) to State Street (Exit #4). Left on State Street, go four blocks and turn right on George Thuenen Bridge (17th St).
